Unhappy Private Messaging Turned Off
Due to the increase in SPAM related PM's I have disabled the Private Messaging on the forum.

I am doing some cleaning of the forum and removing SPAMMER users. I'm also going to look at making a few additional changes to help prevent HACKERS and SPAMMERS from getting onto the forum.
